Beavers

Beavers are young people, aged 6 to 8, who:

  • Learn new skills and try new things
  • Have fun and go on adventures
  • Make friends
  • Are curious about the world around them
  • Help others and make a difference, on their own doorsteps and beyond

Every week, they gather in our Beaver Colony to hop, skip and jump their way through lots of different games and activities – achieving anything they set their minds to, and having lots of fun along the way.

Our Beaver Colony also organises Sleepovers. These are often the first time a young person spends a night away from home.

Our Beavers meet every Thursday evening during school term-time from 6.15pm to 7.30pm in the Hall of Totterdown Methodist Church.

At the moment we have a waiting list for spaces for new members. To join our waiting list, or find out more about Beavers, please email our leader Angeline at angeline175beaverscouts@outlook.com
